Erika Heald is a B2B content marketing expert and consultant. She launched Erika Heald Marketing Consulting in 2003 to help organizations and executives define and execute content marketing strategies that drive business and professional growth.

She frequently speaks at marketing industry events on topics such as AI and customer experience, employee brand advocacy, B2B content strategy, thought leadership, and social media.

Before transitioning to the consultancy full-time in 2016, Erika led and grew high-performance content marketing teams at Highwire PR, Anaplan, Achievers, Charles Schwab, United Behavioral Health, and the Northern California Human Resources Association.

Erika lives in Sacramento, California, with her partner Lewis, their rescue cats Bolvar and Sylvie, and their bulldogs Bulleit and Kupo.
